1. Free Swimming
The swimming pools are included in the cost of your holiday. They are full of slides for all ages, pool are various sizes and depths and are generally warm enough for the adults to enjoy as well. So take advantage of this free, easy activity that keeps the kids happy for hours and hours.
Just remember to take in some drinks and snacks because with all this exercise, the kids (and grown-ups) might get a little bit hangry.
2. Bring Food
Whether you are planning on eating out at the various restaurants or making your own food in your accommodation, it’s worth bringing as much as you can with you. The on-site supermarket is great for stocking up on the daily essentials but not so much if you are cooking for a hungry bunch for a whole week.

Bring your own bikes or scooters and you can enjoy cycling and scooting throughout the forest. Bring your running shoes and take the time to run around the lake, listening to the sounds of wildlife and wild children.
There are often several free play parks for the kids to explore and burn off any excess energy. Head off on a nature walk keeping your eyes peeled for ducks, birds squirrels, rabbits and deer.
